GRID, a.s. offers all work in the land registry; our land registry specialists can also handle specific requirements.

Most often we perform:

• demarcation of property boundaries,
• geometric plans:
  • to mark or change the perimeter of a building
  • for land division
  • for changing the boundary of a plot
  • for defining the extent of the easement to a part of the land
• land takes,
• creation of information systems with the content of corporate real estate records,
• consulting in the field of land registry and more.

We are holders of official authorizations for verification of the results of surveying activities pursuant to Sect. 13 (1) (a) to (c) of Act No. 200/1994 Coll., on Surveying.
